芝加哥比翼双飞牛排
基本步骤
原料:肉眼牛排一份、鸡中翅2个(可无)、牛排腌料一包。做法:
1、腌料用清水搅匀,成略稠状态;
2、牛排稍微洗一下,用厨房纸吸掉水分,放到腌汁中浑身沾满;鸡翅同理;
3、将牛排和鸡翅转入保鲜盒中,腌汁淋上去,盖盖后放冰箱冷藏,腌制一天(其间要翻面一两次);
4、第二天取出,热锅,放橄榄油或牛油,煎牛排,煎鸡翅,煎好一面再翻面;
5、同时随手切半个洋葱,放入锅中稍煎,不用太熟;
6、最后起锅,将洋葱垫在盘子上,放上牛排和鸡翅,准备开动!
确实相当美味,就是汁少了点儿~~以后不用自己调来调去了,现成的其实也挺好~~
