温馨提示：

1、煸炒花肉时，如炒出的油过多，可以视情况盛出部分，所留下的油应该较平日炒菜用油适量宽些；

2、第五步翻炒的过程中为防止粘锅，可以适当添加热水，最后炒至水分收干即可。
