话梅糖渍藕片
原料
紫甘蓝、莲藕、话梅肉、白醋、白糖、一点点盐。
做法
1、莲藕切成薄片(我买的是现成的真空包装的,已削皮处理过的)。
2、紫甘蓝切成丝,放入塑料子框中。
3、用一小锅坐开水,将莲藕放入滚水中焯一下,再将锅中莲藕和滚水倒入紫甘蓝上烫过,沥干水分。
4、趁热放一个容器中充分的混合,加入盐(一点点哦,是为了让这菜吃起来更适口,但不能品尝出有咸味,千万不可多了哦)、白醋、白糖、话梅肉,调味凉拌,等凉了之后,放入冰箱中,冷藏5小时以上,待入味爽脆后即可装盘。
