"Stephanie Says"是摇滚乐先驱The Velvet Underground在1968年录制的一首轻柔舒缓的民谣。尽管这首歌很早就为人所熟悉，但直到1985年，他们的未发表作品合集《VU》才第一次将这首歌收录进来。这首歌清晰反映了The Velvet Underground在1968年前后由一支嘈杂的前朋克风格转型为迷幻民谣风格的创作背景，据说灵感来源于乐队当时的经纪人Steven Sesnick（"Stephanie"是"Steven"的女性名字）。在1973年，Lou Reed将歌词改编，改名为“Caroline Says”收录进专辑《Berlin》中。

这首歌也是The Velvet Underground被人翻唱最多的歌曲之一。Sonic Youth吉他手Lee Ranaldo、法国女歌手Keren Ann和Barði Jóhannson组成的乐队Lady & Bird、Emiliana Torrini等人都翻唱过此歌。
