英国精算师考试

英国精算师资格考试已有160多年的历史。1994年，中央财经大学首次引入英国精算师资格考试，1998年，上海财经大学在上海市设立了我国第二家英国精算师考试中心。

以往科目体系

2000年以前，英国精算师资格考试分为A, B, C, D, E五个系列。

自2000年以后，英国精算师资格考试体系改革四个系列：100系列（包括金融数学、精算数学、经济学等9门）、200系列（“沟通技”1门）、300系列（《投资和资产组合》、《寿险精算》、《财产险精算》、《养老金》4门）和400系列（从人寿、财产等四种资格考试中选考1门）。考生通过前三个系列考试的所有考试科目，即可获得准精算师资格证书，再通过400系列的任意一门科目后，即可获得英国精算学会和英国精算公会颁发的精算师资格证书。

现行体系

从2005年开始，英国精算学会实行新的教育与考试体系，该体系以国际精算协会于98年颁布的《国际精算教育指南》为基准，将教育与考试体系分为四大块，明确区分了从事精算职业所必备的基础课程和专项课程，适应了当前精算教育的国际化趋势。

CT9 Business Awareness（商务必备）主要涉及对相关行业背景知识的了解，具体的内容将在以后披露。英国精算学会规定，在2004年6月30日之前注册，并参加过考试的学生会员对该课程不做要求。

学生会员：

1.精算技能证书 Diploma in Actuarial Techniques

需要通过以下科目: CT1, CT2, CT3, CT4, CT5, CT6, CT7, CT8 and CT9.

2.财务与投资技能证书 Certificate in Finance and Investment

需要通过以下科目: CT1, CT2, CT4, CT7, CT8, CT9 and CA1

准精算师会员：

需要通过以下科目: CT系列9门、CA系列3门

精算师会员：

需要通过以下科目: CT系列9门、CA系列3门，ST系列选2门，SA系列选1门。

报名方式

按照规定，只有英国精算学会的会员方可报名参加考试（申请加入英国精算学会，首先必须向该学会提出申请（并付推荐材料和与以精算工作相关技能Work Based Skill的证明，待批准后，每年向该会交纳一笔学生（Student Membership）会费）。

考试时间

英国精算师资格考试一年举办两次，分别安排在4月和9月。
