沙德尚，1977年11月生，江苏省宿迁人。现为北京理工大学自动化学院教师，副教授，硕士生导师。 2001年获得南京航空航天大学硕士学位。2005年获得中国科学院电工所博士学位。2008年中关村科技园海淀园博士后出站。现工作于北京理工大学自动化学院。国际电子与电气工程师协会IEEE member，国际电工委员会委员，IEC/TC26专家，中国电工技术学会机电一体化委员会委员，中国电工技术学会高级会员。国际知名期刊IEEE transaction on Power Electronics 和IEEE transation on Industrial Electronics审稿人。主要研究方向为电力电子变换，新能源技术，分布式发电。
