都立辉 男，1981年3月生，南京财经大学食品科学与工程学院博士、讲师。

2006年6月，毕业于东北农业大学食品科学与工程专业，获工学硕士学位；
2004年6月，毕业于东北农业大学生物科学专业，获理学学士学位。

2008年8月-至今，南京财经大学食品科学与工程学院生物工程系讲师。

研究方向
食品微生物与生物技术。
