大连理工大学材料测试分析中心

大连理工大学材料测试分析中心是我校2001年以“九五”、“211 工程”和“985工程”一期组建，以材料学科为依托而成立的4个公共测试分析中心之一。中心设在材料科学与工程学院内，面向全校开放，是一个为全校师生提供高水平创新科技活动的平台，并进一步创造条件向省、市其他高校和企业开放的测试分析机构。具备常规检测中心、仲裁中心、培训中心、测试技术研究中心四大职能，奉行科学、公正、准确、高效质量方针。

中心开展材料的化学成分、材料微结构表征、材料晶体结构分析、材料物理性能、材料微区成分、形貌分析、材料表面形貌、成分分析、材料显微组织分析、多晶体相分析。

中心依托材料中心实验室通过了中国国家认证认可监督管理委员会计量认证、中国实验室国家认可委员会、中国合格评定国家认可委员会认可。

中心拥有雄厚的资源。现有9名专业工作者，其中具有中高级职称的有5名,具有博士硕士学位的共4人；拥有仪器设备固定资产1千多万元（现值），其中先进的大型检测仪器10台（套）。中心建立主任负责制、工作人员岗位责任制和人员定期考核的管理机制。中心建设目标明确，测试用房布局合理，有健全的规章制度及规范性管理。安全措施到位，每个实验室有安全负责人，每个房间防火安全责任落实到个人，杜绝了安全责任事故。

经过5年的建设，测试分析中心已经发展成为一个设备齐全、技术力量雄厚的检测中心，是以研究材料化学组成、微观结构与性能为主的现代化的研究与分析测试机构。测试中心的面积约815平方米，在这里拥有国内一流的软、硬件设备，设备总价值约为1000万元，可满足各种材料的组成结构及物理性能的分析与检测。

2001年至2005年，中心协助材料学科发表科技论文800余篇，其中有近300篇论文被SCI 、EI 检索。完成对外检测分析项目350项，为促进材料学科的发展、科研教学提供了高水平的创新科研平台。

本中心本着不断创新精神，持续不断改进服务质量，竭诚为全校师生及各行各业客户提供优质服务。 Material Testing Center of Dalian University of Technology Material Testing Center of Dalian University of Technology is one of the four public testing centers in the materials science fields founded in 2001, which is depended on the support of the “Ninth-Five Plan”, the “211 Project” and the first stage of the “985 Project”. The center locates at the School of Materials Science and Engineering and opens for every student in the university. The center provides a platform of the high level innovation of science and technology for the students and faculties in the university, and is also an institution of testing and analyzing opened for other universities and companies. The center consists of four sub-centers, i.e., the routine testing center, the arbitration center, the training center, and the testing technique research center. The Material Testing Center has always been implementing the quality guidelines of science, equity, accuracy and high efficiency. The center provides the service and develops the research in the fields of chemical analysis, characterization of material microstructure, analysis of crystal structure, physical properties of materials, micro-area chemical analysis, metallography analysis, surface topography, microstructure analysis and analysis of multicrystalline phases etc. The center has obtained the metrological certification by the China State Bureau of Quality Supervision Inspection and Quarantine, and has been accredited by China National Accreditation Committee for Laboratories.
